If you do not have an insurance that I can accept, my private pay rate is $150 for a 60-minute individual session, with a sliding scale based on need. (Information about the Good Faith Estimate)

If this is not an option that works for you, I am willing to assist you by referring you to someone who accepts your insurance or has a private pay rate that works for you. I will help you find the right fit, if I can!

There is a ton of value in talking to someone who does not have a connection to your “real” life. In therapy, you can explore difficult parts of your life without worrying if someone is going to take it wrong, gossip about you, or add their biases so you will do what they want. And, on top of that, you will have research-based proven strategies sprinkled in the conversations to help you manage the difficult emotions! How cool is that?

I want to share the steps with you, just so you know exactly what to expect:

Step 1: You can call or submit a request confidential consultation (found on this page).

Step 2: I will email you within 48 hours to schedule the consultation. I’ll ask a few basic questions in the email.

Step 3: I will call you at the time that we scheduled for the consultation. You will decide if working together is the right fit for you and schedule your first therapy session. It takes about 15 minutes.

Step 4: Complete intake paperwork online. This must be done before we meet!

Step 5: Meet for our first session and begin working towards creating a life that truly resonates with your values!
